The Blues' 2022 AFLW Carlton Pride guernsey, designed by the Club's Carlton Pride supporter group, represents themes of LGBTIQ+ and AFLW stories, relating to growth, journey, struggle, and strength.
The Club was incredibly proud to have assisted with the design of the guernsey, working closely with our Pride Group members to develop and create a concept that supports our values as a club and reflects our overall commitment to inclusion and belonging.
